The Commissioner of Education invites the cooperation of teachers in evaluating the tests listed above. The test development process included field testing on representative groups of New York State students, and review of appropriateness and bias by committees of New York State teachers and community members.
 
Suggestions from teachers provide an important contribution to the test development program. May we ask your assistance in evaluating the tests just administered in your school? A number of specific questions are asked on the evaluation form. Your judgment on each of these points would be appreciated. Please be as specific as possible.
