Stephen
N. Elliott, Ph.D.
Dr. Elliott is a professor of Educational Psychology at
the University of Wisconsin--Madison and a senior research
fellow in the Wisconsin center for Education Research.
He has been a productive scholar and consistent contributor
to the literature on assessment and education of students
with disabilities. From 1995 to 1997, he served on the
National Academy of Sciences Committee on Education Goals
2000 and Students with Disabilities. In 1996, he was selected
as UW--Madison's Van Hise Outreach Professor for his outstanding
record of teaching and commitment to providing continuing
professional development programs for educators |

Thomas
R. Kratochwill, Ph.D.
Dr. Kratochwill is a professor of Educational Psychology
at the University of Wisconsin--Madison. He is the director
of the Educational and Psychological Training center,
an interdisciplinary unit for clinical and research training
in Counseling Psychology, Rehabilitation Psychology and
Special Education, and School Psychology. He was recipient
of the Senior Scientist Award from Division 16 of the
American Psychological Association in 1995. He has authored
or edited more than 20 books and has written more than
100 journal articles, book chapters, and monographs. |

Aleta Gilbertson Schulte, Ph.D.
Ms. Schulte received her doctorate in Educational Psychology
from the University of Wisconsin--Madison and is a school
psychologist at St. Croix River Education District in
Minnesota. She has received numerous honors and awards,
including that of Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society
in 1994. Her master's thesis was entitled Educators'
Use and Evaluation of the Assessment Accommodations Checklist
for Students with Disabilities, Department of Educational
Psychology, UW--Madison. Her doctoral dissertation investigated
the impact of testing accommodations on students' standardized
mathematics achievement test scores. |
